By purchasing services or submitting photo files through Staged Simply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are ordering on behalf of a brokerage or client, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind them.
2. Scope of Services
Staged Simply provides digital virtual staging and image enhancement services for real estate professionals. Each package includes a specified number of distinct room/angle renders delivered within 24 to 48 hours under standard conditions.
3. MLS & Advertising Compliance
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that virtually staged images comply with their local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) rules, state real estate commission regulations, and advertising disclosure guidelines. Staged Simply provides standard watermarks and disclosure text to assist with compliance.
4. Turnaround & Delivery
We strive to deliver all listing assets within the 24 to 48-hour window. Delays caused by incomplete image uploads or unclear design instructions may adjust delivery timelines.
